glow check
i have a 7.3 2002 the glow relay checks fine i am getting voltage at the valve cover the truck had the glows changed in feb it will not start below 40 sum

Mine did that last year, after it froze for a couple of days. I drained the fuel filter, and it fired right up. Lately, mine has been running on about 5-6 cylinders right after startup when it's cold. I haven't checked the relay, though.

Check under the valve cover harness, Ive seen them brake after doing a glow plug change before. Also check if all glow plugs got connected.
