This is STILL hard to understand.
Idk what you mean by 02 and 01 style GPR. Unless you have the GPControlModule, they're the same.
There are also multiple hot sides of the GPR, so idk which you mean, again.

Sounds like you might have low voltage from your battery(ies). Load test each individually.
Also, you might have blown more fuses. Check them all.
Also, where did you get the PCM from?

I'm so confused. I think you need to check fuses, and I also find it hard to believe you fried your PCM, IDM, and gpcm.

I checked all fuses, they are good.
they said injection module got burn up Who is they?so they gave that to me.
I replaced it, did not help
I tried to use my scan tool on it, did not connect with pcm.
so they said I need pcm.
so they gave me it.
installed it did not help.

my truck is 02 with a 01 glow plug relay. So, if you had an 01 on your 02, you already had the wrong one on it, RIGHT? So, them giving you a different GPR PN could, in fact, be the "02" GPR, correct?.
have not had new pcm flashed but did turn key on after installing it.
injection relay is still kicken in and out.
also replaced relay in fuse box
Why do you assume it's the wrong GPR? Why could it not be you not hooking it up right?
Still, you need to load test your batteries individually, you might have low volts or a weak battery(ies.)
Does your WTS light come on with KOEO?
