Glow plug relay question

Hi, ran a search but couldn't find an answer. Ordered a new GPR online and recieved a 3 prong GPR. Looked at the GPR on my 2000 7.3, and noticed 4 prongs. Is there a way to make a 3 prong work, or am I in need of another new one? Thanks ahead of time.

You need the 4 prong the two smaller ones are triggers the red is constant power and the brown wires go to the glow plugs.

Thank you much, got it replaced. Let's hope that was that "Hard start" problem I was having.
