stock intake part #

does anyone know or have easy access to the part # for the piece of the stock intake (2003) that the pcv hose connects to?

i re-routed my pcv to the back of the truck a while back and i'm not liking it. i have too much blow by and it stinks. when i did the re-routing i also broke off the plastic pieces inside of that piece of the intake that prevents the intake from sucking oil out through the pcv.... i thought it would reduce reduce intake restriction but now i just want it to go back to the way it was.
