I have an AE, I am pretty novice user but from what i understand it shuts down certain injectors down one at a time. This allows the AE to read if that Injector is properly contributing power or not. Hope this helps, if i am wrong somebody correct me. Also search AE there is alot of useful info.

E99 F250 7.3 101k DIY 4in intake 6637, TS 6 Poschip, 4in TB exhaust, 6.0L Tran cooler, Bully dog shift kit, 8in lift on 37in Nitto's, Fuel pressure spring, Inger-rolland Water separator, Stancor Relay mod, Fuel banjo bolts drilled and plenty of stuff i cant remember
