tough starting 00 7.3

my 2000 f250 7.3 takes alittle bit of cranking to start it, i just replaced the batteries, alternator, and starter when i got the truck a like a week ago. i turn the key on wait for the wait light and then crank it over and it takes maybe 2-3 sec to finally start, it cranks over fast to, it has 180,000 on it and i dont know how good the owner before me has taken care of the motor.

what could be the problem here???
