evidently ford has found that only some cam sensors are prone to the problem....or the recall will go in phases with one assembly plant before the next...one or the ohter...i cant speculate on the reasoning for sure....

but dont assume your truck is for sure recalled..make sure it has the recall open before getting repairs. If your truck has the recall open and you paid for repairs before, you MAY be eligable for reimbersement...

if they are gonna mail out info to the customers , why run it , you will get it in the mail

i dread this recall, every body will wont it right now , and ford will not pay jack to do it

Because a lot of us bought our trucks used, so we are not the owner of record with the manufacturer

Well this is about par. CPS used to cost $100 and some odd bucks. Now they dropped the price and they want to do a recall.
