ticking injectors?

do you superduty guys notice your injectors make a ticking noise when at idle? not bad but just kind of a tick tick tick tick tick. it almost sounds like an exhaust leak but obviously a mechanical noise.

Yeah, mine ticks a bit (almost sounds like a gasser lifter clatter) during idle. Damn, my '00 is noisier in the cab than my '96.

kewl. i hadnt really noticed it in my 96. but i did in the 01 i test drove today. the engine is quieter in the newer truck. but i did notice the tick tick tick

yep. gonna try a cross connect fuel kit and hpx oil hose to see if it takes the clatter down a hair.
