start up noise

When i start my truck up in the mornin when its a bit cold and let it warm up my engine has a somewhat winding noise until it gets warmed up is that common cuz the engines cold.

Mine will do the same thing. Don't know if it's the power steering pump or possibly the front pump in the tranny. I've heard alternators do this too. Could possibly be that
