If i wanna put my insight on another truck do i have to get it flashed or will it work if i.just put it on?

Just put it on and put in the new vin and off you go.

I just spoke with tech support their two days ago with regard to another issue, but I happened to ask about that. You can just plug it into another vehicle and it will go through the setup process again. When you run the Fusion software, they get a record of what vehicles the CTS has been in. If someone ever steals it, if you know the serial number of your unit, they can tell if someone has downloaded any firmware updates to it.
