Glow plug relay blows after relacing
My relay tested bad so I replaced it. It tested good the first time I used it but tested bad the next day. Any ideas what could be causing it to go bad?

Smack it with a ratchet. It might be sticking. My POS chinese Pep Boys replacement is doing this. I'm waiting to get a white rodgers (stancor) relay to hopefully take care of it once and for all.

Is there a way to bench test these glow plugs when there off the truck?
