Do have a prob.

Today i to the tube off that i did the foil delete to that goes to teh y off the turbo and there was some oil sitting in the castiron i think y. is this bad

No, it is pretty normal. The oil comes for the CCV (crank case ventilator). No worries, there will almost always be some oil in the tubes. If It is up in the intake Y pipe, you might have a problem but i have never seen that before.

well wen i took the intake rubber tube off there was really really sticky oil not very much at all but just a lil in teh groove were they conect to each other is this bad.

Good to go. You can run to CCV out to the rear of the truck insted of into the intake if it bugs you.

It's no big deal, mine had the same crap in it when I did the foil delete. Don't worry about it.
