7.3 water pump replacement

Can anyone tell me should sealant be used on the bolts that mount water pump to engine block. On some trucks the bolts go into the water jack. I just do not want to get this together and have it leak again.

Red RTV sylicone, i swear by that stuff. I have similar sylicone in stock!!!! Let me know if you need a new water pump

Will Blue work I have some of that already. I stand corrected I have red high temp also. This should be put on the body of the bolt not the threads is this correct

Blue is for water, and the red is for High temps!
