installed 203 thermostat but now have question

Ok so i installed my 203 thermo plus new waterpump but im kinda wondering whats going on now. I started my truck let it run for about 15 mins then go for a drive of about 10-15 mins stop for like 10 with letting it run then about 15 mins back home and i got out to check for leaks and whatnot well neither bottom or top hose is hot or running any fluid through them. I have heater on and let me tell ya it will run you out of the cab. What is going on here guys?

1999 Ford F-250 Crew Cab Lariat 4x4 7.3L Powerstroke zf 6-speed Planet colors Amber White Pearl
banks big head wastegate, edge ez module
snow performance, 4" stright pipe,6637 FILTER MOD southbend stage 2 clutch, 05' front end upgrade
8" procomp 37" M16 Swampers 18x9 xd monsters, MOOG everything BILSTEIN SHOCKS BILSTEIN DUAL STEERING STABILIZER COOLANT FILTRATION, 203 stat 08' mirrors

I dont have a clue. I am able to open coolant holder and never hear that its under pressure and its full.

sounds like you got alot of air in the system

If thats the case now can i get the air out of it?

a steep hill with the cap off worked for me but there are numerous ways to do it, hi idle w/ the cap off, drive it for few miles pop the cap then drive some more, i'm sure others will chime in.

My avatar is my goal for the 7.3

I just drove mine. Kept putting coolant in it for a couple weeks.
