Questions about sct tuner

I have this tuner that came with the truck when i bought it and i really know nothing about what it is besides what it does but i was wondering if you guys could give me some insight on what it actually is, its the picture i attached

Also under the data logging it monitors several thing but some of the things it monitors i dont know what it is and i was wondering what they are

IAT=?
MAP_KPA=?
PPS=?
VSS=?
SCT EGT=?
RAW 0-5V=?
VPWR=?

Can't see the pic? What type of SCT tuner is it? Does it say preloaded flash device on front bottom?

IAT= Intake Air Temp
MAP_KPA= Manifold Absolute Pressure in Kilopascals
PPS=Pedal Position Sensor
VSS= Vehicle Speed Sensor
SCT EGT= SCT Exhaust Gas Temp (Their EGT Sensor you can install I would assume)
RAW 0-5V=? 0-5 Volt Reference (Probably for an additional aftermarket sensor you can install and monitor assuming it has a 0-5 volt reference)
VPWR= Vehicle Power, possibly?
