mpg ideas...

well I know the answer to this is wrong truck but I just wanted to know if there are any ideas you guys have to help improve mpg
well here it is I just got a 2000 f250 7.3 with auto tranny and 4inch lift with 35's and a cheap ol edge programmer that I keep on 60hp and got 6 inch stacks and no muffler and that's it...well I only get 11mpg and that's with me babying it like no other!!
and yes I run my tire pressure like they are balloons lol
I don't drive the truck often because well its a lil high dollar for a dd

Do you know if it was reprogrammed for the tires? Also how are you calculating?

Nope the program is for stock I reckon
And Im going by the miles it shows so I know that's off cause my speedometer is
So it's prolly a lil better than that
And my fuel gauge is off by a lot!!
So it's rough knowing how far I can go on a tank...I ran out once and it was showing a quarter tank
