Stupid trash bag thingy
Does anyone know if there is some item to replace the useless trash bag hook in a 2000. Would be nice to have better fold down cup holders or an ashtray for change.

cant say i have seen anything to replace it unless iw was custom made with fiberglass . If i can find the pictures i will post them.

get a ashtray from a 99.. mine has one its full of change all the time
my 99 F250 and 99 F550 both have ashtrays.. our 03 F550 has the bag hook

Maybe you can take the ashtray from a 99 and take the bag holder and swap them? You could always try and see what happens.

Yes, the ash tray will bolt right into where the bag hook is on the 99+. Just get one from a junkyard or order it from the dealer.
