missing a bolt in turbo pedestal. how bad?!

Just looking at my turbo pedestal and noticed i have a bolt missing. looks like some leakage on that side also. i'm going to fix asap but was wondering if damage could have occured and while i'm in there what to look for to replace/make sure is good?

You run the risk of it blowing out the o-rings and maing a huge mess of oil.

Fix it as soon as you can, and replace all 4 o rings while you're there
