No Not my normal ride. Thats our town EMS/First Responder truck. Im on the department. Its an 03 PSD 550 4x4

You should have brought it to the SSS and run it on they dyno. I wonder what she'd run like with 5" pipe and a chip

The method Dave explains above is exactly how I did my BTM muffler, which is 3.5" straight through and by rotating 180 degrees it made it a straight shot. My EGt's dropped 100-150 degrees between the AIS/BTM combo, and I have never hit 1250 degrees even when towing heavy, that comes from good air flow and proper tunning. Good Luck

Open exhaust, tuner on 3, got almost 20 average at 75 mph, was averaging 15 before.
