Being a 1999 and a lariat, you have the round electric connector. Just order tow mirrors with this connection and you will be fine. That model and year didn't have turn signal wiring. Might have heated mirrors.

If you look in my webshots link in my sig you can see the front end. The grill is one from the guy on Ebay who modifies a 05 grill to fit on the older bumper, the headlights and corners are out of a 2003, which are way better than fogged 99/2000 lights. You don't have to do anything to the keahpanel, they are direct replacements. You have to modify of replace the header panel for the 05 headlights, which when I find a good deal on some I will install them.

07 will have a different connector. But you can alway splice the wiring.
