NO DOUBT! Every time I see my wife go into the garage (other than getting into the car to leave) I run out and ask "what do you need? I'll get it!"ONCE she went out and poked around and it took MONTHS for me to re locate missing tools ![]() ![]()

Finally got the pics loaded they're in my garage the pics make it look rougher than it really is cause of the flash, but it actually turned out better than the pics.....honest.......the picture where there is just a hose is a homemade zoodad I just kinda messed with some 2'' vacuum hose ran up through the fender and straight to the tymar for some added cold air..... I'm sure if some of you guys do this (grill scoop) you may have a better idea but i think this will help catch and direct the cold air almost like a real scoop let me know what you think. The hose is totally different from the scoop.

I don't know.... Seems like you would get A LOT MORE air to the intake with your "tupperscoop" with out the 2" hose attatched to it. With the hose your forcing air into a 2" opening, and forcing it to go around through the inner fender well before it gets to the filter. There should be a direct rout through the air passage in the factory battery box. If you could some how connect the back side of your custom scoop to the air passage in the battery box that would be an actual "cold air induction" Plus your vacuum hose has too many ridges in it, and doesn't allow the air to flow freely. Believe it or not the air is acutally tumbling through that hose. Basically the ridges in the hose slow the air down. HOWEVER! That was a very brave thing you did with the tupperware!
