replaced glow plugs now check engine light on and running rough

I just replaced all 8 glow plugs. Started truck up and runs a little rough and engine light is on. Code reader I have says no codes, so I'm gonna borrow my friends tomorrow. I figure it's probably a loose wire on my harness under the valve cover. Just wondering if anyone has any good ideas or had the same problem? My truck is a 2002 f-250 with 140,000 and the glow plugs have never been changed. I'm on my 6th relay though so that's why I decided to change glow plugs. Any advice would be helpful! Thanks

Yeah probably just a loose connection somewhere.

It was an exposed wire on #7 injector. Went to ford got new harness and she runs like a bat out of hell again!!! Thanks for all the replies.
