Questions and suggestions for replacing front shocks

The front shocks on my truck are pretty worn out and the are starting to rust out. I want to replace them. Can anyone lead me in the right direction as to a good shock to put on from experience? Ill get some pictures up later this afternoon.

I would go to Amazon and price-out Monroe Reflex gas shocks. They're the best shock for the money and Amazon had the best price when I bought mine...

i bought pro comp es9000 and i really like them.
they are easy to replace and the pro comps i bought ride much better than the KYB shocks that were on there.

Go with Bilstien 5100's
CT Performance, Inc. (Cary) on this site will hook you up with a very reasonable offer and you will not be disappointed by the shocks, only by the fact that you are replacing only 2.
I would do all 4 and be done with it.
