Bad day in the powerstroke world
Well yesterday after pulling a 20+K load for the millionth time my dad's truck, a stock late 99 F-250 std cab, auto, finally broke down after 200+K miles. It is idling rough blows LOTS of blue smoke and knocks bad. I'm thinking that something happened to an injector and its pouring some high pressure oil into the cylinder but I guess we'll see when it goes to the shop.

Yea I told dad about the dead end at #8 and I listened to the motor while he cranked it and its coming from right in around the #8 cylinder. So with all luck its nothing big.
