got the truck the fun begins

got it last night, it has a steady skip threw out the rpms, i gotta check what cylinders acting up, maybe injector or a harness,i had to redo all the exhuast the stack was hooked up (kinda) it had band clamp self tapping screws and the stack was 18" higher than the cab, so i cut it down 17" then re did the rest all good now,it has a new clutch definitly not stock heavy pedal and guy i got it from said it has a triple disc but had no proof , plans after its running good is a ts 6 position, cai,wicked wheel and pillar gauges, any other reccomendations

checked it with a temp gun i got 2 cold cylinders the front 2 on passanger side any ideas? im thinking harness

do you have some kind of OBDII reader by any chance? harness or just outright bad injectors

it has no codes, i just plugged in with a noraml code reader, it has a dead glow plug realy too i tested that
