Throttle Unresponsive
when i hit the throttle in my truck it takes a good inch or two before the truck responds, where as my fathers truck tap it and it barks forward he has the same tuner but has in intake i have no intake but i doubt it would be that much different, i read somewhere about a tube that gets filled with soot and cleaning it can help throttle response

Could be your throttle position sensor on the pedal. Its a fly by wire system.

so adjusting this sensor could help it responding sooner, how would i adjust it?

Can't adjust it as far as I know. It either works or it doesn't.

I would drive your truck for a few miles and then check codes again. As far as I know the tps doesn't always throw a code. When I get home from work I have a link for the tps at a really good price.

ok, well sorry i think i misexplained myself i dont get really good throttle resonse until i press on it a good ammount, where as my dad get it if you hair touch it and his is immediat with little or no turbo lag, maybe i'll kick down for an intake

Oh okay just turbo lag probobly. Yeah an intake might help some, but a chip or tuner will help more

Have a look at this link: Intake Information

Hmm strange. With my superchips the throttle is actually touchy I had to get used to it at first. You know you can scan your truck with the superchips right?
