2000 F350 Door panel lights won't shut off?

My new 00 F350 is getting a 'once over' at the shop and one of the other things that seems to be an issue is the little light bulbs that are in the power window switches, door lock switches and headlight switch are not shutting off?
If the truck sits a day, she will fire....3 days, dead stick!?

Any thoughts?

check the gem for water damage. look for water stains on top of it from the windshield possibly leaking. pull the electrical connectors and look for corrosion.

I definitely had a leaking windshield...repaired and replaced day after I bought it. Am I looking for corrosion on the fuse box? (or my question should have read..what do you mean by GEM?)

The gem is located behind the fuse box.
