It wont start clicking when its ready to start. After replacing a perfectly good cps.

Not sure. I don't think I've ever heard mine tick.

No I don't think so mine doesn't. Are you sure thats where the sound is coming from? The soleniod is pcm operated the green line is to read pressure diffential between the induction side and the intake side to apply air pressure from the red line to the wastegate actuator.

I put my ear on it and can hear it coming from that i can almost feel it.
