2001 7.3 cc rear end ratio

does anyone have info on stock axle ratio?? while on freeway at 70mph I show the tach at 2.2kRpm's it seems in my 04 PS 6.0 the rpm's were lower Mark the tag reads 3s409 is this in fact a 410 posi ??? or not

Look on the diff cover. One of the bolts will have a tag on it. On the bottom left of the tag if it was facing properly, it will say the gear ratio....for example...... 3 73 or 3L 73 for a posi.....but im guessing with that kind of RPM's youve got a 4.10.....

My 250 runs exactly 2000rpms at 70mph. 3.73 gears.

ive got 3.73's and at 70 im turning about 2050-2100

what else does the tag say, thats not the numbers that would tell gear ratio...
