smoke

a friend at northwestern university (diesel program) said that therees was a wire i could cut and wire hot to get alot of smoke out of my 99 stroker. has anyone else herd this??

That would be sweet then you could wire it to a toggle switch and flip it when you needed the extra smoke.

never heard of this... in order for it to smoke a bunch the motor must be flooded with fuel, and that is achieved my programming, fuel injectors(aftermarket) or simply not enough air. I think we would have heard of this one before if it was factual.

If your truck has an o2 sensor, you dont have a diesel under the hood.

if you want more smoke add more fuel but more smoke doesnt mean more power all the time... mine smokes the most when lugged

I have heard of thad mod it is commonly called the 10k mod.You wire a 10k resister thru a switch in a harness under the hood.

If you google it you should find it.

thats a bit different than cutting a wire and putting in a toggle switch to get a bunch of smoke. we all know what a 10k mod is
