Rear door ashtray, what to do...

So the rear doors on my 99 f-350 crew had ashtrays built in and one of the ashtrays is missing, and frankly no one smokes in my truck anyway, so i need an idea on what to do to get rid of, or fill, or do something with the space that is cut for these stupid things especially since they are obsoliete and I can't get a new replacment for them...

Custom cup holder that mounts into the hole left behind? Rear cup holder would be sweet.

Are you into car audio? You could cover it with speaker cloth and mount a tweeter in there. Or just cover it with speaker cloth and then it won't look out of place.
