core support bushing removal

hey all, I need to replace the core support bushings. the driver side is crushed. I tried at one point to remove things from the front to access and remove the bolts but stopped being I dont believe I could have gotten them out that way. should I lift the cab along with front fenders attached to the core support? Any info is much appreciated. I do have access to a lift
