Did you add a boost pressure sensor and replace the AIH with a tapped plug by any chance? If so, that would account for the 541. If not, nothing to worry about anyway you don't actually need
The 1316 would concern me though. What the 1316 does, is to tell you that the IDM has codes it wants to tell you about. To resolve IDM codes you need to do a Buzz Test. If everything runs OK, you could reset the SES (even a cheap scanner should do this, you'll need something better to do the test and query the IDM) and see if it reappears. Could be a fluke, Could be giving you an early heads-up on a real problem (most commonly a UVCH connection)
