Flashing Battery Light

Merry Christmas I havent posted in a long time but i need some advise/help

I noticed my battery light was flashing at me this morning. The truck cranked fine GP light went off cranked up fine and drove about 15 minutes to drop my daughter off at daycare. When i came back out truck still cranked fine but the battery light was on. Heres the weird part the light is only on when i have my foot on the gas. If i coast it goes off. I came home cleaned all the battery connections and started it back up still cranks fine but light is on solid now. Had to do some work so i left it alone for a few hours came back out to mess with it and turn key to on waiting on the GP. I was could feel/hear the GP humming but it was intermittent. I tired to make it do it again so i could pinpoint the noise but i guess the plugs were warm enough they didnt come back on but for a split second. I checked all the connections i could see and everythign looked good. I saw a few post about a fuse 6 or fuse 7 but not sure what to look for other than a blown fuse.

Anybody had this same thing happen? Alternator? Battery or Batteries?

I replaced a battery last year but even when it went bad i had a noticable difference in the truck cranking (it was winter) this time i am leaning towards ALt but i wanted some advise.

Sorry for the long post but the more details the better right.
