dumb question

I have a Wildman chip, smokes quite a bit. If all that black smoke is unburnt fuel how do things like injectors or more oil make it run better if it cant burn the fuel from stock injectors.

More air, less heavy right foot, bigger turbo, bigger air filter, reburn chip to match your needs.

Usually a turbo upgrade will go hand in hand with new injectors or bigger injectors and big oil. You can still run big oil with stock injectors and get a performance gain as the single hpop even with a chipped truck is pushing its limits.

Yup, bigger turbo, twins, NOS, things of that nature are added to increase the amount of air that is pushed into the motor to go along with the fuel increase.

Turn down the chip and be easy on the right foot, it won't smoke as much. LOL...sorry, I had to say it....

What kind of pressure will your HPOP hold at WOT? A week HPOP will not atomize the fuel as well and that causes smoke. I had a weak HPOP and it smoked like crazy. Dual HPOP's are not the answer to stock injectors working correctly. A properly operating HPOP is a necessity. Dual pumps are pleasantry, a $2000 pleasantry. Dual pumps are only a necessity for B code injectors or very large stroked AC codes. I would check your HPOP.
