Honestly this is my first time, so i'm not well seasoned at it, but i think i got er all figured out. I just went to Carquest today and got my wires and splices to tap into the dimmer switches and so on. They have a good description of how to install em on dieselmanor.com on the left side of the screen under install sheets and then whatever truck you have, 6.0 or 7.3. Shows pretty good pics and all!

the gauge install seems intimidating. i drove to see marty "maintain" to get mine done and it was actually a pretty fun install. nothing was super difficult except working around the rain, lol. we took our time and we were prepeared, everything worked out great. i have never tapped anything before and he left the exaust manifold pretty much up to me. just dont syke yourselves out, i did but when it came down to it it was fairly easy. good luck guys.
btw marty made me a great custom wiring harness. no thats not a plug for marty,

I'm tryin not to be to worked up about the install, but i think i have a handle on how its gonna go. Just so long as my drill bit tip doesn't break off in the ex pipe. Thats the only real concern i have. Just have to be careful and go slow. I'm just syked for the outcome of havin sweeeet gauges!
