Halo fog light wiring

hey guys, got some halo fog lights for xmas, going to put them on my 99 f250. I want to wire them in with a separate switch to turn them on when i want. So on a halo light, there is an outer ring and an inside bulb like a normal light? there are 4 wires coming out of the light, 2 separate wires for the outside ring, and then a connecter with 2 wires to the inside which i'm guessing controls the inside bulb?

I'm thinking I'll wire the 2 wires for the outer ring to turn on when my parking lights and cab lights come on.

how should i go by wiring the middle bulb, should i get a factory wiring harness with the connecter ends on it? or should i just cut the connecter off, and wire them in with a switch under the dash?

Been surfing the web for a while and can't seem to find a halo fog light wiring tutorial, Thanks guys!!

i like the parking light idea i would find a connector you never know, may have to take them out one day then your back to cutting wires.
