WHY DO THEY THINK THERE TRUCK IS BAD?

im sure im not the only one that has noticed this but why is it that when some body has products from banks they automatically asume its the fastest truck on the planet with there banks stickers so proudly displayed on the front fenders it doesnt matter what brand of truck it is it drives me crazy. i think its funny cuz banks is the no smoke guys yet i blow the doors off that crap and leave them ckokin on my smoke i love it

I really dont know. I dont dislike banks, but i dont run them. It just dosent make the power im looking for, and they dont offer custom tuning. like the sct. Banks knows there stuff. and to be honest if they had a product like the SCT i would give it a try. with out a doubt. And the banks rep thats on here I think his name is Barker??? He realyl knows his shat. There tech line and customer support is great.

I think it comes down to advertising as most of the competition doesn't advertise like banks, or they are just starting to get the exposure from places like the ORG.Heck when I came here a year ago the only other tuner I knew about besides hyptech, and banks, was the tuner my dad gave me and thats superchips. So the owner in my opinion thinks he has the best when what he has is good just not the best in my opinion.

with Vital. Not alot of people know any different and in their head they hear banks is best from tv advertisements (trucks!) and it is just a lack of experience.

on a side note I was driving behind a motor home today that had a banks sticker and I guess he though his motor home was the cause he was drving it like he stole it... I guess that banks sticker does increase horsepower....

well before I got on here I thought Banks stuff was the best stuff hands down I had no clue whatsoever how wrong I was. I would argue with everybody and explain how awesome Banks stuff was because thats all I knew. But I have been shown the light and err well its been clouded by black smoke now but I did see the light and realized that there is different products with more gains for less money out there.

And that is another reason these forums are great! It can give the consumer lots of info to make an informed decision on what to buy. I by no means think banks stuff is bad! I will never get on the bash the banks bandwagon it really isnt constructive. I happen to think they make some very good stuff just not what Im looking for.

I agree 100% their stuff is top quality you just have to pay for that banks name to have any of it
