Wts and cel light

This morning I was getting my phone out if my pocket and I had my foot on the brake. When I more or less stood up in the seat I put quite a bit if pressure on the brake pedal and all of a sudden the wts and ses light came on for about 10 seconds. Haven't had a chance to see if it stored a code yet or not. Not too worried about it just curious why it did it???

Ok I just did it again. Barely touched the brakes and got a ses and wts light. Engine hiccuped for a half a second then it returned to normal. Didn't get a code last time. Everything was up to operating temp. Will check the codes again tonight.

Ok this is what I got for codes.

It seemed to shift into drive pretty firmly right before it.

All codes were cleared within the last couple weeks btw. A lot of different stuff there. Think I have a wire rubbing somewhere confusing everything???

Maybe around the brake pedal?

I made my Samsung SGH-I997 send this.

Ok checked all the wires some time ago and didn't find anything. One day it did it about 15 times but has only done it on e since then. Got this code last night.

B1483 brake circuit input failure.

Could it be the brake switch making it miss???

Re: Wts and cel light

I wonder if your brake lights are coming on when it misses. If so, I bet the tc is unlocking/locking making it feel like a miss

I made my Samsung SGH-I997 send this.

do you have a brake box for a trailer. reason why i ask is i had a 95psd, and the brake box went bad. every time i got on the brakes it would shut off the engine. replace box and fix it.

It is a definite miss, almost kills the engine. Almost always happens when idling in park.

Never thought about the brake box, yes I have one, thanks ill unhook that for a while.
