navistar/international motor? differences?

Is there a difference and if so, which one is better? Question is in regards to a 2001 7.3. Thanks in advance.

Its a 2001 f350 ext cab dually with 300000 miles 6 speed 4x4. Clean inside and out. Bed has some wear, but overall excellent condition. Power everything. How much is it worth?

All depends on ares rust condition but I would say 8 to 9 k what is he asking

I would offer him 7500 see if he bites I paid 3900 for mine but it had 360 and is auto and needed some work but I'm happy
