my custom grill
well today i was off work with nothing to do and money to burn so i decided to make use of my time and headed down to the local hardware store. I had this idea for a while and a friend of mine just gave me a factory black grill he had. So i bought 22 3/8 stainless steel acorn nuts, 22 3/8 stainless steel flat washers, and 22 3/8 bu 3/4 inch long stainless bolts, grand total of about 31 bucks. I used a unibit step drill bit, and a 9/16 nut driver, and a 5/8 end wrench, a measuring tape, a black sharpie, and some loctite tape. I carefully taped off the areas to work on making sure i had the tape along a edge of the grill i could measure off of, and made some marks did some calculating and took the nuts and some lil balls of tape and layed them out where i thought it would look good, then i drilled all my holes and bolted everything up and well here it is comments and opinions are welcome i think it looks cool and different without breaking the bank all in all it took me about a hour

interesting, looks like you got a beadlock on your grille, might find someone to machine you some stub spikes the maybe an inch long.....paint them red, hang some torn clothing and say you ran over a zombie
