Fuel Press.

just wondering if anybody has done this and if it made a difference, but you put a ball bearing behind the spring on your fuel press. reg. and its supposed to bump up your pressure a little bit, I ask because my truck sometimes takes a few seconds to start and sometimes it doesn't, there are no codes, the truck is basically stock except the exhaust with is still factory size just no cat or muffler. 6637 intake, turbo pedestal is gutted and no ebpv, a superchips cortex tuner which i would gladly sell if someone would buy it, then i can get my chip.

A new spring is a minimal investment, that's what I did.

is there a write up on this mod? My red truck is slow to start, wonder if the BB mod will help, and/or the new spring?

i replaced the fuel pressure spring with the rebuild kit from riffraff and my truck idles much smoother now. i think it was like 60 bucks total. the brass poppet was really worn and the orings were not really orings anymore.

if you buy the fuel pressure crossover it comes with a new housing and several springs that raise fuel pressure depending on how high you want it.
