Resistor in map sensor now throwing p0237

While changing glow plugs today I unplugged the map sensor and found a resistor between 2 of the poles. When I reconnected the plug the trucl through a check engine light and my insight cts shows a p0237 code. The truck also has laggy throttle response and never shows more than about 7lbs of boost. I have tried removing the resistor and it didnt help. What did I do?

This resistor was in the map sensor plug. Not the icp sensor. Is it supposed to work like a boost fooler? Everything is plugged in
