New to auto enginuity

Hey guys, I just got my AE scanner. My truck has 310k on it. Ever since new it's had a super chip tuner in it. At wot there is a point to which it just hits a wall and will not pull any harder. It has done it since day one. It's possibly the tuner I would imagine. I have a hydra chip coming. My main question is, is the anything on AE that I can be looking at to give me an overall idea of the health of my motor? I did all the tests already and nothing stood out to me and only a couple codes after 5 years of use. (Over boost, 0605, and a wts ind circuit) thanks.
