Found a possible purchase

This is my first post but I've been lingering here for years soaking up info. I've always wanted a 99-03 7.3 and there's one for sale nearby at a used dealership. It has the 6-speed which is a must for me and is a 4wd supercab shortbed, my configuration of choice.

It has just under 270k on it and seems to be really clean for the amount of miles it has seen. It was taken on local trade and I'm wondering what I should pay if I try to make a play on it. Checked KBB but that's just a starting point IMO.

Only thing I don't like is the color, which I can live with.

Thoughts on what a good purchase price would be?

worth about $5000 to me... I gave $6500 for my red truck, basicly the same truck, when it had 180K miles on it...
