tuner opinions?

I will be buying tuner soon but I'm not sure which one I should get? I definitely want a downloader/programmer type tuner. Not a chip. My question is what kind does everyone like and what are some key features to your programmer?

if you have want a programmer buy a griffin programmer from php.
bill at php puts his custom tunes on an edge programmer.
custom tunes are better than generic superchip/edge/banks/bully dog tunes.
