are the door latches adjustable?

my drivers door sticks out a good 1/4 - 3/8 of and inch when closed. as a result most of the time the "door ajar" light is on quite a bit and the dome light comes on and off because of it. not a big deal during the day but it's really annoying at night. i don't see how the door latch can be adjusted at all, both parts look to be solid mounted. is there any adjustability?

The door switch is actually in the door latch itself in the door. Spray it with WD40. I know on my extended cab, the striker is adjustable.

My doors had some play and the rears would rattle some over bumps , i did not have a big enough torx to loosen and try and move but do know that with a good tapping from a large hammer they did move in and stop the rattle...best way , probably not , but worked rather well
