vibration help

when idle i get a kinda surging vibration and a little rough idle. as well as around 40-50 mph it seems to get rough. what could this be? i took it to a shop and said all injectors were good and did all the tests on it and they said the truck was fine and it might be that all the injector nozzles weren't perfectly the same size and that does it.. is that right? what could it be?

Tell me more about it. I have felt that before when I have had clutch issues in other cars. Make sure everything that you can see is straght. No bent pullies, damper, easy stuff like that. Rule out the small stuff first then move on to the expense stuff!

could it be my injectors are good but not all shooting the same amount of fuel out due to very light differences in the injector heads like the guy said and that they should be machined to be the same?

i just disconnected the icp and the vibrating is gone but it idles a little rougher.. does that mean the icp is bad or its fine and something with the injectors is bad? a shop ran all the tests and said all the injectors are working good
