bad belt chirp/squeal

After i changed my water pump my belt has been squealing tell the truck is warm. what r ur thoughts on using silicon spray on the belt and pb plaster on the belt tensioner pulleys shafts and idler pulleys shaft. i assume the leaking coolent glazed my belt. the lubricating of the pulleys won't hurt so i figured i would.

Replace it. I have had this issue in the past after changing stuff. Actually on a Mustang I used to race, I changed a intake and got coolant on stuff including belt. At a 2-3 gear shift I lost the belt. Replaced it and issue solved.
