leaking vacuum lines on turbo

My vacuum lines on the turbo were loose when I took it in for service. I didn't know that they could have oil in them and can leak. This was the source of oil on the floor in my garage. Do they just have hose clamps on them or is there an upgrade to reduce them from loosing or even coming off.
